Information we process

When you book, we store your name, contact details, selected treatment, date and time, whether it is your first visit, and whether you would like extra time for a conversation. The booking form has no free-text field.

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email, optional phone number and message. This version uses no analytics or marketing cookies.

Purpose, sharing and retention

Information is used to manage appointments, answer enquiries and follow up the care relationship. The legal bases are your agreement with us and the clinic's statutory obligations. Required clinical records are governed by healthcare legislation.

Information is not shared for marketing. Technical providers may process data on the clinic's behalf under data processing agreements. Appointments without a record-keeping requirement are deleted or anonymised when no longer necessary, unless law requires longer retention.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, and complain about processing. The right to deletion may be limited by statutory record-keeping duties. You may also contact the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
